The 2011 Barca Summer Classic applications are completed and accepted using the online tournament registration system.  
 
For Cal South,  AL, MD, UT, OR, So. TX and Hawaii Teams

Enter on the left hand side your Team Manager or Head Coach username and password.

  1. Click the "Tournament" link next to your team name
  2. Select the "2011 Barca Summer Classic" from the dropdown box and click "Register" to apply your team information including contacts and roster will be ported into your application
  3. Proceed with the completion of the application
  4. This is the same process that you used to apply to the State Cup Tournament

For Out-of State Teams or Non-Cal South Teams:

Click the "Apply to Tournament" tab at the top of the page.

  1. Proceed with the completion of the application.

Additional Information:

  • Application fees can be paid by Credit Card, money order or cashiers check only. Instructions are available on each page of the application.
  • Applications are available online 24x7 by logging in to the system and you may update your information after you have submitted the application if needed
  • The system will display a list of the Accepted teams and Wait listed teams
  • Once accepted, if you log in, from your application information you can use the Hotel Tab to send a Hotel reservation fax to the selected Hotel.
  • Rules require that all teams making hotel reservations do so from the list of approved hotels before final acceptance is granted.

  • After receiving final acceptance Check-in instructions will be posted on the website and emailed to all Team Administrators.

Good Luck and thank you for your application. Teams will be notified of acceptance by email. All out of state teams will receive notice of acceptance within one week of submittal of completed application.
